« The host was very responsive to the questions we had before our arrival and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.The place was cute, clean, and cozy. « Very comfortable. Cozy with lots of space. Beautiful property with a creek not too far away. Typical clear southern Missouri clarity. Farm with cattle. Though in the country, you will have everything you need to make meals, be comfortable, watch tv decent internet. Wheel chair friendly home. Ramp, large back deck, open space inside. Couch makes out into a bed. Owner is very nice and Approachable. And beautiful feral cats. I hope to come back soon!!! Swings, picnic area. Close to Bryant Creek...

« Fantastic place with plenty of room and cooking equipment. Only two items with minor comments are:1. There was no soap or shampoo in any showers. So, bring your own I guess.2. Gas fire pit does not have enough pressure. It will barely light, but won’t stay lit nor will it control volume.Both minor items -other than that, the place was excellent! »

« We were there for a couple nights to fish, hike and explore the area for the first time. We were happy to be right on the river. We sat on the chairs overlooking the river. The fishermen with us spent ample time wade fishing up and down from the cabin. Trout were caught. We were 6 minutes from Cranor’s lodge where we got a guide for the day. « This house has a lot of space!It has wonderful vibe. The rooms feel like you are really in grandma’s home. I appreciated the design and sunken living room. This was definitely a high end home back in the day. The furnishings are a cool time capsule if you enjoy antiques. A very bright space with natural light. The kitchen is well outfitted with a mishmash of equipment if you choose to cook. Because it is an older home, you may bring a couple extension cords for your electronic devices. ...

« The house was spacious and very clean. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and the ping-pong table. The bathrooms had plenty of large, fluffy towels, and the large kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated the labeled cabinets and light switches. »
