« We stayed for 4 days. We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful. Steve, the property manager/caretaker, was wonderful. He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. He knew we were having a small wedding on the property and made everything beautiful, made the driveway nice and smooth. I do not have a bad thing to say about our stay. We hope to return with all of our 25 guests in the future! »

« We had a great time the house is beautiful and spacious with lots of outdoor space. It is less then 10 minutes to downtown Bethel about 20 minutes to Sunday River. »

« Weekend ski trip that didn’t include too much skiing cause of the weather. Thank god the house was top notch to spend time in! »

« With 8 bedrooms (each having its own bathroom), comfy couches, bathrooms by the bar, it was a great space for our college reunion crowd of 18. We love to cook and eat so the commercial kitchen was great. Plenty of indoor and outdoor things to do in the area.We’ll probably be back next year. »

« We had a fantastic stay at this property for a ski trip. The house and land are as lovely as the pictures and are very private. Visited on an extra chilly and windy stretch but house incredibly warm and cozy even during a brief power outage thanks to an automated generator. Outstanding responsiveness from host. We would return without hesitation! »

« The farmhouse was as advertised…exceptional views of Sunday River and a very quick drive to skiing. The house is very well taken care of and the owners are extremely responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend. »
