« I had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The house looked superficially clean, but many of the furniture pieces were covered in dust, which made it feel poorly maintained. During the first night, the outside temperature dropped to 29°F. The heat inside the house was locked at 65°F, and despite explaining that I was traveling with my 5-month-old baby, the host refused to provide the heating access code. She claimed she increased it to 68°F, but shortly after it went back to 65°F....

« Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). Check-in and out was handled directly and easily with the management company. »

Hot tub which is wonderful especially after a day of skiing. The set up is so perfect, open kitchen and living area/dining space with a fireplace. 15 minutes to Sunday River mountain and a VERY easy 40 min drive to Black Mountain (we did a day of tubing and had a blast!) Only suggestions would be to be aware that it is set up on a mountain having to drive up...
