« We stayed here as a group of 9 friends for a ski weekend and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house was extremely clean and a great size for our group. We loved the hot tub, living room setup and games in the house. Sunday River is only a 12 minute drive from the house. Trevor, the host, was wonderfully communicative and our check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We would absolutely stay here again. »

« We stayed for a long weekend in Mid-May (during mud season) to do a bit of hiking and a lot of board games/movies/cabin time. The unit was everything we wanted, very well equipped, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Dave Kim have a very heavily automated process for check in and communication, but were also very quick to reply to our messages/questions through VRBO in addition. We also really liked the area, views, etc. and would recommend both the cabin and location very highly »

« This property was perfect for our family’s ski vacation to Sunday River. The location was convenient to the slopes, shopping and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. « The house is in good condition and as listed for the most part, but a few things are a bit of a stretch. The arcades are tiny and barely work, the pool table is a toy one not real and the outdoor lawn itself is in shambles though the spa pool and sauna are nice. View is very good, house is clean. 2 of the king bed rooms are pretty small. The primary is very nice. Everything was closed in the area when we visited. I imagine this is a great place during ski season but overpriced for what it is...

« This was an ideal location for us to stay as a group to attend a wedding at a nearby property. Very spacious, great beds and immaculately clean! A++++ »

« Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas.The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim. »

« Great place for a few friend's or a family of 4 . We went to sunday river for a quick snowboarding trip. The yurt was conveniently close to the mountain and town. If you can get past the shared outhouse and bath house, which in fact was very nice and heated, this is a great choice. »

« Its impossible to sleep in the bunk bed because all the heat is going up there. Its about 20 degrees hotter on the high bunk bed then the bottom bed. It was very strange. »
