« What a wonderful location and condo!!! Clean and stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The host, Jason, is responsive and informative. Will definitely be back at some point if available!!! »

« This condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and exactly as indicated in the details. The unit included everything we needed and wanted for a stress-free, quick, two night, anniversary get-away. Brandon is a responsive host-checking in on our stay and offering assistance if needed; however, since everything was perfect, no assistance was needed. We will definitely be back! »

« This place worked well for my adult daughter and me. Plenty of space, but the kitchen is a bit tight. Our neighbors in 201 were loud, as were the nearby restaurants. The biggest issue is no dedicated parking. During the day metered parking was full. Check-in instructions suggest flex lot, but some require car removal by 4AM. Fortunately we weren’t ticketed or towed. Otherwise proximity to campus and restaurants was great. Oh, and the units are 2nd floor with stairs only, so keep that in mind if...

« Host was excellent to work with, very responsive. Beautiful back porch for great bird viewing! Walking distance to golf, pool, and pickleball courts. »

« Beautiful condo that provided just what we needed to visit with our family that was camping nearby. This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way. »

« First time stay at this property and found it spot on with the description. I have family in the area and several of us traveled to join in. Close to Lake Monroe and Bloomington. I will stay again. Try it, you'll like it! »

« Nice, comfortable, well appointed place -- perfect for a visit to Bloomington, IU. Owner was super responsive to any questions I had. We'd recommend. »

« Only issue we had was that we drove to the main office instead of the property which was detailed in the reviews...our mistake. Everything else was as advertised. The deck is nicer than expected with the view and size. »

« We loved our stay here. You should know that there aren't many restaurant option nearby, so bring some groceries. The kitchen is well equiped and you don't feel like leaving this beautiful sanctuary anyway. »
