« Wonderful stay! The cabin matched the listing photos and had gorgeous views from the living room and kitchen. While it was chilly upon arrival, it warmed up quickly.Very cozy, peaceful and quiet. Loved the dog-friendly touches, plenty of outlets in bedroom, , and a comfortable bed (firmer mattress might suit those with back issues). Minor points: some dogs barking nearby and the shower head can spray outside if not careful and kitchen windows could use blinds or curtains. No TV in the bedroom...

« The cabin is extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking & the beds comfortable. We could not connect to WiFi, however, & our questions to host weren’t answered. If you plan to work from cabin or need WiFi, make arrangements ahead to ensure connectivity. This was a minor issue for us & overall enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend this place. »

« This was our third stay here! It's always clean and well taken care of when we arrive. Well stocked as well with towels, bedding, paper products, and everything you need in the kitchen but the food. Plenty of games for rainy days and kayaks for the lake. »

« My husband and I brought our 2 sons and each brought a friend. The place was well equipped with fun activities for the kids. They have bags/cornhole, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, bikes and a huge lake to fish from. We ended our nights around the fire pit and then went inside to play games. There is a nearby public beach accessible by car, bike or walking. Needless to say - the boys were rarely on their phones and that was a huge bonus for us.The owners are wonderful and very responsive....

« We were extremely Happy with the size of the cabin and the amenities. Very clean! Its a perfect walk to the multiple waterfront dining options Fremont has to offer! We would like to plan on staying here at the Perch Cabin end of next July 2026. Great waterfront access as well! »
