There are steps down to the first floor/front desk and a whole flight of stars up to second floor! The door to the lobby soes not have handicap access. The whole place does not meet ADA legal standards. The clerk eventually said he would just cancel it after trying to give us unacceptable choices. We never agreed to any room. Beforehand I called the hotel and asked how we book the transfer and the lady at the desk said that I just let them know at check in that I need to book the transfer and the first bus leaves at 4am!
