« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are a few things to consider. First the “6 acres” is really only about 1 acre and the rest is a very large/steep hill that is not safe for small children. There are no air vents upstairs at all. We went in March so it wasn’t too terribly hot but it definitely gets much warmer up there. The neighborhood is quaint, neighbors are very nice and friendly, the amenities were fun and entertaining. Might consider that there is only 1 fridge for a very large house so...

« The house size and layout was wonderful. Had some problems with the fireplace, hot tub, and just general cleanliness. All issues were resolved promptly. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again. Group of 9 for ski trip. »

« Very clean property. Great access to area. Views are right out side sliding doors. If there was an issue it was we came in at night and (I’m sure HOA rules) there aren’t lights up on the buildings where the numbers are. It’s took a bit but we found it and all was well. Besides that we had a great time. »

« This was a great place to stay with my family, had something for everyone. We walked to the Entertainment Area & in proximity of other events. They had it down no asking for access codes etc. Looks like the Pics, would Definitely recommend this location.. »

« We come to Ruidoso every year and with a toddler we were looking for a one story house, with a hot tub, something that had room for all of us, was close to town and grocery, had some outdoor play area, but also had amazing views. This house checked all the boxes. We also appreciated small things like laundry hampers in each room, enough hangers in the closet, things to play with outside, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We booked this house again for next year! »
