« The shower was not working in the master bedroom. They sent out two people who could not fix it. They said they were sending a plumber and they never showed up. I received a text the next day saying they were not sending a plumber. We had to go outside of the home to access the very small shower so we did not inconvenience our guests upstairs. There is only one jet working in the hot tub. They are aware of this because it was on a review but they never said it wasn’t fixed. The home is not clean...

« This is a great house, right on the edge of the forest for easy access hiking, but also near the heart of town with food, music, drinks and shops. In my opinion after spending a week in cloudcroft.. its the ideal location for privacy, yet minutes from all the fun. The house was spotless, comfortable, spacious but cozy. It's actually a lot bigger and prettier than the pictures online. The indirect lighting, fireplace and battery candles set the mood and made us not want to leave the house...

« The host was very responsive and the home had plenty of lovely amenities. The beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the location for access to everything. Unfortunately, the water heater broke during our stay and needed repair, which was addressed promptly, but did cause a minor inconvenience. Kitchen amenities could be improved slightly, but overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and would stay again. »

« The house was very very dirty when we arrived. Host was questioning us on what we were doing in El Paso. We actually had to give $120 more so he can give us the passcode to the door. I have actual pictures of what the house looked like. »

« Fantastic place to stay if your in the El Paso area.We stayed 8 nights and loved the location, house , pool/hot tub. Very clean upon arrival. Owner was easily accessible if something minor would come up. Will definitely stay here again when we com e back to El Paso. »

« Communication with the host was very poor. The washer was broken, and they were aware of the issue before our arrival but did not notify us ahead of time. We were not offered any resolution until we specifically asked, and even then, we were told they would follow up, but they never did. We had to continuously reach out to them ourselves.Not having a washer with a large group was extremely inconvenient, and we would not have booked this property had we known it was unavailable. « It was clean except for the dishes in the cabinets had some food still stuck on them. The various signs around the home were a bit off-putting and the home seems to need some maintenance with some things not working properly or falling apart. »

« The house was beautiful and large with plenty of space for everything we needed, we loved the game room and the hot tub. The only downside i would say which is minor is that it could have been better stocked with towels. We really liked it and would book there again. »
