« We checked in at 5pm Friday to find the house 91° and maintenance working on the AC. He said give it 2 hours for the house to cool. We called at 8pm to advise the house was still 91 and the AC was not working. 6 calls later a maintenance man shows up at 1232am and says he has to replace the coil springs again. « Definitely a 10!!! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home lwith our family! Very clean, spacious for 6 adults and a two year old. There was a kids tables, books, stroller and everything needed for a toddler. We were with 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. A super Walmart and Target are very nearby. The pool and hot tub were heated per request and an added bonus after a long day of fun at the parks. The host Robert and Dawnmaire were so attentive to our needs. There had been a storm...

« Our first impression when walking into this house was amazement. The house was bigger than we expected with 2 living rooms (downstairs and upstairs), a playroom for the kids, large bedrooms, and spa like bathrooms. We liked having our own pool, and we loved being able to use the amenities especially the water park. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Andrew was a great host. « I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....

« Worth every penny, place was clean, spacious, organized and neat. We had an incident were a sliding door in one of the showers fell and broke in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. Called management, they came out fixed it and cleaned the glass and never gave us a hard time about what happened. Will definitely stay here again »
