The property exceeded our expectations. There was communication with the host and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to navigate for a seamless stay. It was a quiet location close enough to the major parks. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Florida. The decor was clean and modern, felt like home away from home.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Doppio. The house and pool was in excellent shape! My only gripe was not replacing the tv remote in the downstairs bedroom as there it was not available in the house when checked-in.

Kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The Disney kids room was amazing. My grandson loved the light up glasses. Will definitely book this place again. I’m physically back home, but my soul is still there. Great vacation.

Lovely 5 bedroomed home, 3 with ensuits and 1 standalone bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and small pool, not large enough to swim in but good for dips. We did ask for it to be heated but it wasn’t warm enough for us for evening dips. Nice quiet location and parks are all within 45 minute radius. Host kept in touch with us regularly asking if everything was ok and if anything required. They are building/extending nearby but this did not affect our stay and this is mentioned when booking. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Florida.

The stay exceeded our expectations. Maria the host was very responsive and detailed in messages. It is spacious, quiet and luxurious feeling while giving a home away from home feel. Will visit again.

Great Townhome for Families and a Convenient Orlando Vacation We had a great stay at this townhome and really enjoyed the property overall. The home is new, modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated having several bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the variety of bed sizes and the layout of the home. This was very convenient for our large family because there was plenty of space for everyone without feeling like we were constantly in each other’s personal space. There was also a small pool or possibly a jacuzzi/spa area in the backyard, which was a nice additional feature of the property. The location was excellent. The property is in the Kissimmee, Florida area and is conveniently located near Disney, Universal Studios, and the airport. There are also several resort communities, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. We really love this neighborhood and actually stayed in the same area about four years ago during another vacation, so we were happy to return. The only significant downside to our stay was the air conditioning. We are not sure whether the unit was experiencing a problem, needed maintenance, or was set to a particular temperature, but the home became too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The first night was manageable, but the second and third nights were noticeably warmer, particularly in the downstairs primary bedroom. Someone did come to the property and indicated that they were there to address the AC, but unfortunately, we c

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this location. Extremely clean, great private family pool for lounging, and convenient location to Universal Studios. I would love to see a larger and more comfortable couch to lounge around in the living room. The current couch is not comfortable. Plenty of seats at dining room table and kitchen island though. Need stronger stair rails going up to the second floor. One set was broken and had been repaired with white tape. No weight could be placed on it as you walked up or down the stairs. Great washer and dryer with plenty of towels. Enjoyed the large number of bathrooms and showers. All of the rooms were great and the kids loved the Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter themed rooms. One thing to note is that there is a fairly busy street outside the backyard. Some days/nights were not as quiet due to traffic and sirens etc. There are shrubs so it is still private. Online correspondence was quick and clear. So thankful for great communication!
