« There was no cold warter in the bathroom. No problem we got another room. Water dripped all night from the bathroom ceiling. The shower was also permanently leaking into the bath. There were no hangers in the 1st room and only two to hang clothes in the 2nd. Two flat pillows. Noisy highway nearby with average insulation (no problem for us but could be for some people). »

« the room was beautiful, and I loved it had access from both the outside to unload the car and inside so you don't have to go outside! The only thing I found odd was they put in a big beautiful shower/tub combo but no plug to take a bath. That tub was screaming "take a bath in me!" but overall I was very happy with the room and the staff! I would definitely stay there again. »

« The only complaint i have is the lock trying to get in on some rooms are very hard for the key to register. Other than that the staff is very friendly and amazing. They respect your privacy which is a big deal to me. »
