« When we arrived there was someone in the garage working with power tools. They did offer to ask them to leave but it was very uncomfortable to have them there when we arrived. The beds were so soft there’s no way we could have slept on them. The house was very clean and Ana was attentive and even left a gift for our kids since it was there first time visiting Harry Potter world. The house just wasn’t up to the standards we wanted in a VRBO. »

« The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Excellent communication and direction for use for everything, from getting to the house to the WiFi. As with most things in real life there is always room for improvement, but this house was listed as budget friendly and we definitely appreciated it. Owner and managers were pleasant and responsive to our communication. Pool not being heated was a bit of a bummer for our stay in the cooler months, but it looked pretty amazing!...
