« We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions. »

« Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

« Nous avons séjourné 11 jours dans la villa. C'était très propre, sécuritaire, facile d'accès, près de tous, à 15 minutes de Disney. La propriétaire Barbara est très facile à rejoindre et est vraiment sympathique. Elle nous a donné des trucs et cela m'a beaucoup aidé. Le complexe où se situe la villa est très beau, belle piscine, le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Un gros WOW ! »

« This is a beautiful house with five bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and location to the parks. Grocery and restaurants were close as well. A sliding glass door lock was broken and we couldn’t lock up, so I called the number provided. The response was quick and the lock fixed. The house needs a deep cleaning. Floor boards, carpets, and vents. A few ants were coming out in the Peter Pan bathroom. »

« We had two families of five stay comfortably for a Universal studios vacation. The house was perfect and a short trip to the park. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to fix any issues you might have. We had a small issue and they had someone come at 10:00 at night to fix the issue. Very good customer service! We will definitely stay here again in the future »
