« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »

« Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. »

« As a positive, Ahmed replied quickly to our emails. We unfortunately had to leave after one night though b/c my husband and child are allergic to mold and there was a smell of rodent urine in the bathroom. While Ahmed said the cleaning crew would take care of the mold after we left, I’m guessing it’s prob related to another issue in the bathroom.Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. There was an A/C window unit in the smaller bedroom, but the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet...
