« Excellent house. Second year in a row staying at the house and it is just perfect. »

« Maria was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. The house was clean from top to bottom. The property is in a quiet area and offers lots of privacy. My wife absolutely loved how "cute" the house is and said many times she wished we could move the house back to Delaware with us. « Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. « Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. « I stayed here over Memorial Day with some family and friends, We have a camp up the road, but needed some extra space for sleeping. The property went above and beyond my expectations, the beds were extremely comfortable (There were many) And the side porch overlooking the town of Osceola. We also appreciate the ability to either walk or ATV down to the river on the property. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the river! Will be staying here again. »
