It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. The location couldn’t be better—close to Clemson University, downtown, and all the local spots we wanted to check out. « This is a very nice property, the condo is very nice - clean and very quiet. There is a very nice pool with the lake on both sides which wasn't crowded, and the marina to rent boats is within easy walking distance. Other residents are friendly and willing to help out. Sisters Restaurant is a great place for breakfast and close by. To find the condo, you will enter through the North entrance. « Outstanding home! We loved it. Was just recently renovated and is absolutely clean and comfortable! So elegantly and tastefully decorated and the home has everything you need to kick back and relax. We had dinner at The Club and were treated like royalty. My son (both sons are students at Clemson) said it was the best meal he’s ever had! We plan to most definitely return and use more of what the grounds have to offer. About a 25 min ride to Clemson but was so nice to be out near Lake Keowee...

« We came down for Clemson’s parents weekend and enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully redone in a safe and quiet gated community. We had trouble getting in the gate on our first night but Shawn was just a phone call away and we were able to get in immediately. We will be back again. Thanks!! »

« The condo was in excellent condition! Very clean with all the extras you may have forgotten! Well stocked kitchen, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, covered dishes, regular cooffe maker and keirig. The lake is beautiful with a wonderful lighted path. To chilly for swimming but excellent opportunites. The fitness center is not incuded but for a nominal fee it is a great addition! »
