« The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family! »

« This is our second year in this beautiful cape cod home. Our family has been renting every year for over 25 years and this house did not disappoint; as it had everything you could need for a summer week vacation. This year we walked into a brand new kitchen and 4 beach passes which were very appreciated and so nice to see! »

« House is clean and has definitely been remodeled in kitchen with top notch appliances. Location is good, but is located right next to a popular restaurant. Our stay was week after Labor Day and the weekend was a little noisy, but nothing we could not handle. Not sure how that would play out in summer season. All in all, it’s a great house! »

We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night. « This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but...

I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch.
