« The pictures on the Vrbo site didn't match what we actually received. The A/C didn't work on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The were no box springs on any of the beds. I felt like our host was giving us the run around. We were here from Jun 26th to July 5th. The last time I heard anything from the host was June 30th. Too much money was paid(2500) for this place to lack basic amenities in this Virginia heat »

« We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. »

« The home was not at all what was picture or portrayed in the listing. The backyard fence is not safe for pets to be allowed of the leash- the gate does not latch and there are broken and missing fence panels. The house is dirt. Cockroach’s galore!!!! There were dirty clothing items from previous guests in the bedrooms. Kitchen is very limited only 4 forks. Knives don’t cut fruit. Can opener broken. Toaster was broken. Ice maker only makes ice half the time had to go buy ice. »
