We (two adults, one child) enjoyed our stay here over the New Year's holiday - it's close enough to walk to the "beginner side" of Brian Head, though we chose to drive. Parking was easy at the resort and we really, really appreciated having covered parking available in the garage at the condo. « I have stayed here a couple times this year. Owner was very accommodated to HELP make my stay pleasant. After the first stay I mentioned a small leak in the dishwasher and mentioned the washer and dryer wasn't working both were replaced a couple weeks later when I returned for my longer stay.
