« My daughter and I stayed for the week while she had a day camp to attend in Charlotte. I had work during the day and the "Evergreen house" was the perfect fit for us. She is nine so the hammocks, outdoor shower, and secret hide-a-way bed above the bathroom were just enough adventure to keep her busy in the evenings! The cleanliness was above and beyond what we expected. A cabin in the woods is usually riddled with the buggy effects of nature. This house was immaculate inside and out! It is also...

« We had an incredible stay here over the July 4th long weekend with 6 adults and 2 babies and this place was perfect for our group. The price felt very fair for the amount of space and the unbeatable waterfront location. We brought a boat, so the outdoor spaces and the dock was the highlight for us. The dock could not have been more convenient and made getting on the water a breeze. An additional plus was that we had front-row seats to the fireworks from both the deck and the dock. It was such a...

« great location »

« This was a wonderful spacious lakefront home that we all enjoyed. There were a few issues, which if resolved would take this home from very good to excellent. 1) We were disappointed that we weren’t warned about active construction going on around the new pool. While we were able to use the pool, the fence was not secure and had a large open gap where children could slip through. There were also multiple sharp nails and cigarette butts in the grass that construction workers had left behind. In...

« Great place for a larger group. On the water and the pool was amazing. Shallow dock but works. Needed a few more towels for the # staying but overall great spot! »

« Beautiful house - so much space! We had a wonderful weekend »

« The house is clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were four kayaks for our use which was great. We rented the house pontoon boat which was fantastic especially since the water during a drought was a bit lower than we had desired. »

« This house was awesome, very clean and modern. The screened in back porch was a favorite hang out spot. The neighborhood was very quiet and even tho a church is in the “backyard” there was not much activity going on there. The location worked great for us since we wanted to be close to downtown Mooresville and stay away from the traffic on hwy 150. Check in and out was very easy and low maintenance. Would highly recommended. »
