« The owner is extremely polite, very helpful, accommodating, and a great cook - breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The shared kitchen is right next to the room we were in, with a side door for easy exit and entrance. The living room area is also beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. It is quiet, affordable, and accommodating. 5/5 »

What a truly wonderful person with an incredible family.The house was very easy to find and was a quiet oasis that we were able to return to during a very busy couple of days. « The Colonial House was absolutely perfect in every way. Dawn is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again! »

« Great little stay - look forward to coming back again in the future! After a LONG drive up the east coast if felt nice to stay somewhere homey feeling and not a stark hotel on the side of an Interstate HW. Room had all the amenities we needed, the company and breakfast from the staff was warm and delicious. Neighboring restaurant was a nice place to eat/drink in the evenings. Cute town to walk around in. Parking was SO easy. Great relaxing stay we will do again with future student drop offs...
