« Allen was an outstanding host. The rental was very clean and was in an incredibly safe neighborhood. We had no issues with our hot water and the check in process was a breeze. Parking was private and the apartment was temperature controlled well. Our very minor grievance would be upon arrival we were slightly confused as to what apartment number we were to be staying in but it did not affect our reflection of the stay as we quickly figured it out. »

« Great place to stay for exploring downtown Indiana and the IUP campus. We stayed here with our IUP-bound daughter to explore area before orientation this Summer. Apartment was spacious and clean with easy off-street parking for two cars in back of house. King bed mattress was very comfortable! Perfect for our family of four - my wife and I and two daughters - 15 and 18. Ten minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and IUP campus. Excellent communication with property host.
