« Perfect little set up for what my friend and I needed for the weekend girls trip to Salem. Nice to not be in downtown Salem or Boston. So many things within walkable distance and neighborhood felt safe. We had no issues walking home after sundown and having dinner. The hosts replied immediately anytime communication was necessary. »

« House is awesome - only reason i gave it 3 on check in was that the door locks didn’t work and it was confusing to get it…. Clean - Re-done - the Lobster is a great place to hang out and its close… Very nice place!! »

« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« The home is so amazing. We got lost between rooms! It is so beautiful and true to its history but homey and comfortable. There were 10 of my family, sisters, daughters, granddaughters and cousins for a girls weekend. We spent the wekend in comfort surrounded by an unbelievable ambiance. We highly recommend this home and dealing with Rich was easy and friendly. »

« This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again! »

« Anne has to be one of the best VRBO hosts around. Not detail is overlooked. The property is perfectly located on Plum Island. a block from the beach and is well equipped. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay her again! »
