« Our family had a wonderful time at Firefly Cottage! Carolyn truly thought of everything and made us feel exceptionally welcome, down to the keepsake ornament that we will treasure as a memory of our trip. The cottage was very clean, well-stocked, and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Sipping coffee by the lake every morning was a highlight. We highly recommend this property and we hope to be back soon. »

« We loved our stay here. The cabin is so cute and clean. The animals are fun to see. It's just a very short walk down to the riverwalk which is great! The only negative I have is there wasn't much light in the bathroom. Hard to see anything in the mirror but there is a vanity in the bedroom with a light. Breakfast in the barn was so cool!! We would stay again. »

« Wow! The view! The dock! The fenced in property all the way around the house! The comfy large sectional! The comfy mattress! The floors….oh the floors! The little spoons for my yogurt! « We were delighted with this small, but well-thought out home. Four adults easily felt at home using the three bedrooms, we never had any issues with hot water or heat, as we were there during a very cold spell of temps in the upper 20s and 30s. As the driveway is not paved, I would recommend a dedicated place near the front door for shoes. Also, the batteries for the fireplace remote need replacing, as well as some lightbulbs in the lamps.
