« Excellent place to stay in downtown South Bend. The proprietors are lovely people and the rooms are comfortable and clean. And a great breakfast too! »

« Le bruit est difficile à supporter . Les trains passent tous les quart d heures . Avec beaucoup de nuisances sonores . Bref à éviter pour se reposer »

« This was the perfect place for a quick 2 night mini-honeymoon after our wedding. The grounds and River House were beautifully kept. We rented a little EV cart to explore and it was the best decision, we really loved roaming around through the woods and taking in the beautiful scenery. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, the staff was very kind and helpful. My only wish is that there were options onsite for dinner and drinks at the cute little bar, but I understand the demand is likely not...

« My son and I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, decorated with antiques, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent from booking through check-out, and they were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The property was well maintained. Mary is amazing and her homemade breakfast was the perfect way to start our morning. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend this property...

« Mary is an excellent host. Enjoyed chatting over breakfast, quiche was amazing! Well done! Property is adorable and love the antique decor. Would happily book again just to spend a quiet weekend relaxing and enjoying the peaceful location. »
