« They contacted us to know at what time we would arrive. We have them the hour and when we arrived no one was here, the door was closed and no one inside. We rang at the door but still no answer. We knocked and same : no answer. There was 3 numbers at the door to contact them but as I come from France my phone couldn’t call an American number so no way to contact them by phone. « House and rooms size are ok but it's freezing in this house, you can't turn off the A/C sounds silly for me to use so many power. No curtains in the rooms means you'll wake up very early during ummer. As it's a old house you can hear your neighboors (TV, Stairs, Phone). Breakfast = no hot food, toasts, bagels, bananas, dairies & energy bars so so for such price I feel. Staff Helleen seems not very friendly with same sex visitors sharing a room no "Morning" during breakfast, when check...

« The room and the public areas were very clean and nice and comfortable. It's in a very quiet pretty neighborhood that's nice to walk around. The only thing that was wrong is Expedia. They apparently bought Vrbo, but didn't connect the communication. So since I've booked through Expedia, I did not receive any check-in information. I had to contact the host directly when I arrived and trouble them to meet me at 10 pm. I wasn't even aware that he had sent it but it only went to Vrbo, but since I...

The shower-tub was missed and had some dirty grunge that needed to be cleaned out.The front entrance had old lumber, leaves, dirty shoes, and was unlit when I was coming in at night,...

« It is a historic three story home built in the 1800’s on 9 acres. The 6 rooms are richly appointed. The area is surrounded by corn fields. The owner, Hans is an excellent friendly host and a first class musician. He also serves as a breakfast chef and serves french toast from a family secret recipe. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if luckily our travels bring us back to the area. Highly recommended. »

10/10 Excellent

"Pour un hôtel Quinta inn, hotel très décevant, en deçà des hôtels Quinta inn habituels. Literie sale, draps tachés, taies d’oreiller déchirées, hotel pas entretenu au niveau des peintures. Mais bon petit déjeuner 😉"
