Only drawback is the extremely steep driveway. If there is snow, I don't know how anyone would get up that driveway and there is no other area to park if you can't make it up. « Cozy and beautiful cabin. You will really need to have a suv or any high clearance car to park in the driveway due to the steepiness of the driveway(included in the instructions.) No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather. « The cabin was in a quiet area, very relaxing, easy walk to the river on private property. The owners left a free bottle of wine and it was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, seasonings, and a barbecue. there was a nice area for the dog to be able to run around and play in. They had movies available books and games, indoor and outdoor. »
