« We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. »

« This property has been neglected. Cigarette butts and dog feces on grounds--perhaps because there were no bins to dispose of waste. Sparse outdoor seating. Wiped up a water spill on the floor of our room with a paper towel and it came away filthy. The bed had as much motion as a water bed. No vanity in the bathroom so where do you put your toiletries? Sparse kitchenette with minimal utensils and strange mini-appliances. Convenient location but far from comfortable accommodations. »
