« The location is convenient to Savannah’s historic district and Forsyth Park. Street parking was not a problem. A grocery store is nearby. The washer and dryer were not functional and need to be repaired or removed from the listing. As we were there a week, we were offered laundry service during our stay. »

« The house is in a great location. It is an historic home - over 150 years old. Unfortunately, many maintenance and repairs are needed, including shoring up handrails on stairs and a tub that doesn’t drain. The kitchen stove downstairs is so worn you cannot read the knobs(H,M,L) and Goodwill would not accept much of the cookware. »
