« We were looking for a large property to house family and friends for our son’s 22nd birthday.This spot definitely had the room and was reasonably priced for our group. I was especially thrilled because I grew up right down the street and was very familiar with this home and area of Eau Claire. « Great place for a family getaway. Beautiful quiet setting with a spacious well maintained exceptionally clean house on the Chippewa River. There are plenty of sleeping places and bathrooms. Great deck for morning coffee and fire pit for evening chats and marshmallow roast. Would definitely like to come back again. »

« Property in good location with views of the river. Bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated well and clean.The only issue was the electric hot water pot was not functioning - replacement recommended. »

« This is our third time staying at this property and it is a great place to make family memories! Plenty of space, inside and out! We spent our days on the dock, on the large sandy beach, and in the water, and our nights in front of the large firepit with plenty of seating for all of us. »

« The location was excellent. We needed to travel outside of the city each day toward the south so this was a good neighborhood. It also was not far from restaurants or the downtown. The house was comfortable and spacious. »

« We stayed at this beautiful property winter of '25. Although lake properties are traditionally a summer getaway we loved every minute of our winter retreat. We were traveling for a curling tournament and loved waking up to the beautiful lake view. We enjoyed early morning walks on the frozen lake playing fetch with our dog Cooper.
