« We were in town for a concert with our kiddos. This condo was perfect for us. Its in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and very comfortable. Also, perfectly located for easy access to DC with lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. Our host was very kind and responsive when I had questions regarding check-in. Would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return. »

« Great place to stay, Tara was very responsive. Very cheap and easy Ubers to DC and surrounding areas. Garage was nice to have. It only fits one car, but street parking was available. »

« We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again. »

« High praise for this great rental in Arlington (VA). The location was awesome, and the house was sized perfectly for our family. The place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We decided to rent a car to tour the city and the mall, which we found to be much more convenient than taking the Metro or Ubers. Unfortunately, the heat index was 115 when we were in town, so we didn't get to enjoy the back outside area, but it looked beautiful. The house was a great home base for our DC...

« We are members of a non-profit board of directors who traveled to the area for a national conference. This home afforded us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment, team without interruptions, and have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep.The home was clean and as advertised. The host was responsive and accommodating. We hope to use this space again when we return for the same conference next year. »

« This was a nice, cozy house and a very interesting layout sitting on a hill. Senior citizens may find it difficult to climb the 5 levels including climbing from the street level to get to the house. We loved our stay. We loved the backyard and the private deck. The host provided all the supplies including coffee powder, detergent and some snacks too! Highly recommend this place for friends and family stays. »

« House was great! Went to DC for the weekend and the house in a great location. It’s clean and gave us plenty of space. I really appreciate that the host that left ample supplies like garbage bags, soaps and dishwasher pods. The road is a little tight and it was blocked once by someone picking up an order from the restaurant on the corner but driveway was big enough to keep our cars off the straight. We would definitely rent again. »

« Overall close to metro easy commute to sights and sounds of DC. Well stocked towels and kitchen supplies. Only negative was no ceiling fans or TVs in bedrooms. Only tv is in living room and basement. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable. It sleeps 8 but there is not space for 8 to sit comfortable in living room to enjoy tv or to sit at bar to eat. »
