« Excellent experience from the second we stepped inside! All the amenities and comfort one could ask for. So much more spacious than the pictures show and right in the heart of Pagosa Springs. A minutes walk from great food, entertainment and natural hot springs! A welcome gift was the cherry on top. Doesn't get any better than this! »

« It was decent but with some more thorough cleaning especially on the back patio where the view is, and AC in the hot summer months, this would be a great place. It was not made known beforehand that there was no AC and it was 90 degrees while we were there so very hot in the condo during the day. There was no laundry soap, we had to fold the towels from the dryer, and the back patio was full of spider webs and very dirty so we really couldn't enjoy it. Communication with the property manager...
