« The condo is in a great position in Pagosa Springs, and has beautiful views! You are also really close to everything there in the town. The condo was cleaned really well when we arrived and we don't have any concerns there. However, it was a bit tricky to find when we first got there. Also, the kitchen didn't have a lot of what we needed so we ended up having to go to the store to buy common use items such as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, clorox wipes (couldn't find any cleaning solution). « It was decent but with some more thorough cleaning especially on the back patio where the view is, and AC in the hot summer months, this would be a great place. It was not made known beforehand that there was no AC and it was 90 degrees while we were there so very hot in the condo during the day. There was no laundry soap, we had to fold the towels from the dryer, and the back patio was full of spider webs and very dirty so we really couldn't enjoy it.
