« We went there for Christmas with our kids and friend. Place is clean, charming. Lot of stuff for kids, toys, games, books, plastic dishes, high chair. Living room is spacious, with view on lake. The fire place works great, quiet area with a small convenience store a little further. You'll have to drive around 40 minutes to do your groceries. One of our best stay !! »

« Nice older cottage right on the water. Beautiful rocky beach only feet away. The high cliffs and caves were awesome. The salt water in the taps and shower take some getting used too. Bring provisions as the restaurant isn't open. But the cottage is comfortable with good Wi-Fi »

« The Blue Heron cottage was one of the best stocked little cottages I've ever stayed at, incredibly well appointed with dishes, towels, extra blankets ect. I'm always disappointed by the lack of tools to cook in a place but not here! Plus a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. A perfect little getaway for my partner and I. Thank you so much for a great trip! »

« Was a wonderful stay and we ended up with more family arriving with kids so we were able to sleep lots!! Had everything you need!! Only feedback would be-the gas was cut while we were there which resulted in lots of grass being tracked inside and we spent a lot of time cleaning grass out of the cottage-which is not how you want to spend your vacation/time. »

« This was a cozy cottage on the Bay of Fundy that owners are in the process of upgrading. Location was perfect… a few things needed to be addressed as in stained pillows needed to be replaced…pipes and electrical wires needed to be covered by a ceiling…All in all our group of five really enjoyed and appreciated what owners were doing to upgrade it … Hot tub was an added bonus. »

« Me and my family had a great and relaxing time at this charming and secluded cottage. We made good use of the kayak, paddle boat, and the beaches and loved spending time on the deck overlooking the water. Even with some rainy weather, we found plenty to do in nearby towns and made use of the board games and puzzles. The cottage is off the grid and powered by generator/solar but it is easy to manage. The host was very friendly and helpful. »

« We enjoyed our stay in an authentic fishing village with no tourism. The only business was one fish market which isn't always open. We enjoyed the tides rising and falling and seeing the boats sitting in the mud rise up and head out for their day of fishing. The view was great although somewhat blocked from the house by the berm that helped to hold the bay back. As in the pictures the beach was also very rocky so not really walkable for older folks. Our main problem was that we could not find...
