« When we arrived for the check in we’ve been informed that the cabin had no running water nor toilet.Once in the cabin which is a hunting shack basically we notice many cracks in the walls and floor where we could see outside. There was no bedding except old blankets in very poor condition «  the kind you use to cover the floor when you paint « We checked the mattress to see for bed bugs and found some. « Communication with Gina was great. Cottage bay was wonderful. Great place for a family reunion. Beach access was very limited, though, mostly because of the bays geographical location. Great for biking. »

« The cottage is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hosts are responsive and helpful. The property itself could use some landscaping as it's small and there's nowhere to go besides the upper deck when the grass is knee-high, especially for the dog, and unfortunately there is no dock or way of getting into the water for a swim without going through the sludge or getting into the kayaks which we didn't try.
