« This was a lovely, bright, spacious flat. It was thoughtfully equipped, with a great kitchen and lots of nice touches. The outdoor deck was another plus. The location was great - very walkable. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« Air Condition didn't work and stayed at 82-84 degrees entire stay. Trash on back balcony not removed from previous unknown amount of people staying there. Refund asked for in part (25) but not given despite owner saying he'd review with team. Hopefully fixes are made and someone better manages the property, because the person of contact has hired help that is letting things go unfixed. »

« Little trouble with getting the check-in instructions but that could have easily been my fault. Told the owner this was a gem in the corn fields like an oasis in the desert. Had a whole basement apartment that was remodeled in elegant fashion. Huge bathroom with large walk-in shower. Queen bed in a separate room and a king out among the living area. « Overall, it was okay. You get what you pay for, and this was one of the cheapest lodging options. My biggest complaint is that the apartment smelled of old cigarettes, which is an allergy trigger for me. If I would have had the means, I would have cancelled the stay and found another place immediately. Luckily I came prepared with abundant allergy meds. There was food left from the previous guest. No dish soap. And one of the in-wall heaters was too loud to use (it sounded like it was going to...

« It was a diamond in the rough. I never expected it to be where it was. It is a decent, space, that definitely served my purpose. Although it didn’t have kitchen capabilities. It had everything else a short term stay should have. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was modernized and efficient. Close to downtown, or the main Belt Hwy. Near restaurants, shopping, extra.
