« Friendly staff. Cozy room. Fabulous breakfast buffet. The only compliant I have is how dirty the pool/hot tub are. It didn’t feel sanitary to me when we saw leaves, sand/pebbles on the bottom of the pool and the fun was over once we saw a fake eyelash floating in the hot tub. But overall, it was a nice stay. »

« Booked this hotel for a girls trip. The staff were phenomenal, they were kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The amenities offered were excellent (free drinks in the evening with snacks and free breakfast!) The room was very clean. The beds were not super comfy, but tolerable. The bathroom didn't have a fan so it steamed up fast. The air conditioning was loud and vibrated the whole room. Only one elevator in the whole building was inconvenient but honestly the pros definitely outweighed the...

« Arrived at close to 4 pm and had to wait to get into the room as housekeeping hadn't cleaned it yet. We were on a tight time schedule so this was inconvenient. However, front desk staff was very welcoming and apologetic. The room was very clean. Hallways and stairways needed carpet replacement or cleaning »
