« Very nice clean lake house with all the amenities. Loved being able to host my local family and cook. The kids really enjoyed swimming in the lake with the beach. Even though the weather was rainy they still had lots of fun. »

« We booked this property due to its proximity to our daughter who lives in the area and the fact that it allowed dogs. The location was great - we could get downtown quickly and easily. It is on a busy road, but that did not bother us. The fenced backyard is great and the screened in porch is wonderful. Landon was a cordial host (and we appreciated his coffee cup humor). The home does need some TLC - the transition piece from kitchen to living area was broken and a tripping hazard, some blinds...

« Great communication, beautiful home, centrally located in Greenville, close to Downtown and nice outdoor space. Parking in the garage for my large SUV was great, the kitchen was awesome.Jacob was always really available.If I return to Greenville surely will be staying at Statham. »

« We loved Greenville and the Lavinia House. It is comfortable, roomy and clean. The bathrooms are lovely and the water pressure is fabulous. The furniture is in good shape and makes for a cozy place to relax after sightseeing. The host were friendly and quick to get back when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Had a wonderful time at this home during Memorial Day weekend! I was hesitant about the dock being across the street from the home but it was so nice and private. Smooth walk down. Enjoyed renting a boat & using the kayaks on the dock! »

« Super cute, clean and comfortable house. I think even better in person than photos! I didn’t have a dog with me but I can see why it would be great place if traveling with a dog with fenced in area. Its in a neighborhood about 3 miles to downtown. An uber back and forth was about the same cost as the parking lot fee given I wasn't able to find on street parking. »
