« The property was beautifully kept, very clean. The room itself was great! Very spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. We would love to come back and stay longer! The only issue that we had was that the shower head was broken and there was no actual "shower", rather, it just bubbled out. The location is wonderful! You are close to everything, really. And there were shuttles, walking paths, and scooters to get over to the casinos, shopping, restaurants, and more...

« Management company communication is not great. Unit has a great location. Easy walk access to gondola and restaurants. Casinos and lake too. Minimal spices, but plenty of dishware. Heated floors in bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room. »

« Lorena was excellent! Her specific unit was clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and linens. The Gondola is directly outside the Lodge and the ski valet is right there as well. Highly recommend for a place to stay in Heavenly!!! »

« The retreat worked out beautifully for our family to spend Christmas together. It was so thoughtful they had some decorations up. The sauna and sun room were a big hits and we were able to spread out and gather as we wished. We did all our own cooking and they had everything we needed. Any unexpected question was immediately addressed. We would definitely consider coming back! »

« Loved this property and owner! The second year in October that we've stayed. We're a group of 14 family mother/daughters ages 24 to 92 yrs. The house is perfect for all ages with 4 bedrooms downstairs for older family members. We sat 14 at the dining room table which is a huge plus for meals and playing games.The grounds are beautiful. We relaxed around the pool and had a fun, spirited game of bocce with the lit court.Kitchen has everything you could ever need.Two refrigerators held everything...
