« Great room, amenities, housekeeping was quick and responsive if needing anything »

« Property was advertised as having 2 kings and 2 queens. Instead there was 1 king and 3 queens. This was not ideal for us, there should have been extra bedding since someone then slept on the couch. Blinds in 1 bedroom were broken and could not be closed for privacy. House was clean and attractive. But could also use some glass wineglasses. The cost of the house was high to not have something so basic as glass bar ware. »

« Apartment was cozy and clean. Customer service was very responsive via text. Parking lot and garage had availability even on a holiday weekend. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a Safeway if you just wanted to cook in the apartment. »

« Bunk bedding was minimal for adults with only since thin blankets. Would expect some duvets or heavier covers.Entrance door was in the drip zone from the roof and gutters. It was a skating rink getting in and out of the unit. Very sketch.Cleaning fee more than it should be for such a tiny space. Booking on a peak holiday weekend with limited inventory. What ya gonna do? »

« Lack of communication. No TV access Weak cell service for WiFi, hotspot didn’t work Traffic from the busy street is loud. Activities area unorganized. Huge garbage dumpster is an eye sore. For the price per night for this property it should be much more maintained. Overall I give the property & our stay a 3.5 stars. **** note to everyone. I believe the owner will give you a discount for a 5 star rating. Which far from 5 stars. »

« It was very difficult to locate our room. We spent three hours going around because no one was able to provide clear directions. The place was also dusty and filthy. »

« A comfortable place, clean and safe location.Communication with the host was helpful, Vrbo email booking and the app by phone shows no details on check in process so I had to reach out to host, who graciously provided code and directions in his reply. The listing is very new so I was pleased with our 1 night stay. Listing says “stove” but what we found was a hot plate plug in burner. The kitchen is small but just right. « This property has been neglected. Cigarette butts and dog feces on grounds--perhaps because there were no bins to dispose of waste. Sparse outdoor seating. Wiped up a water spill on the floor of our room with a paper towel and it came away filthy. The bed had as much motion as a water bed. No vanity in the bathroom so where do you put your toiletries? Sparse kitchenette with minimal utensils and strange mini-appliances. Convenient location but far from comfortable accommodations. »
