« The property was beautifully kept, very clean. The room itself was great! Very spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. We would love to come back and stay longer! The only issue that we had was that the shower head was broken and there was no actual "shower", rather, it just bubbled out. The location is wonderful! You are close to everything, really. And there were shuttles, walking paths, and scooters to get over to the casinos, shopping, restaurants, and more...

« Management company communication is not great. Unit has a great location. Easy walk access to gondola and restaurants. Casinos and lake too. Minimal spices, but plenty of dishware. Heated floors in bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room. »

« Lorena was excellent! Her specific unit was clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and linens. The Gondola is directly outside the Lodge and the ski valet is right there as well. Highly recommend for a place to stay in Heavenly!!! »
