« The condo was perfect for a family of four. We had two teenagers that skied for three days. A college friend came for a day as well. The house was able to handle all their teenage gear/nonsense/water usage (if you know you know). I was able to make food for everyone and there were lots of spots to stash bags, coolers, etc. The dryer was a bonus! Pros-cute decor. Beds are actually comfortable. Kitchen well-appointed. Gas fireplace adorable. Lightings, fans, noise machine, linens, chargers, all on...

« Great place very cozy .. although we could not ski in ski out and there was no pool or hot tub as we originally thought. The fireplace had a very small flame few inches only the mattress was very comfortable , overall it was a plesant stay in writter wonderland »

« The only bad part was i cant get any messages from the host thru expedia app i had to contact them directly to get instructions. It seems as if its a app problem. Other than that it was great unfortunately we had a pet emergency at home and had to leave earlier but look forward to returning!! »

« Great location for hiking on the mountain. Easy access to town. Close to Holiday Valley facilities and Spruce Lake. Kitchen is well equipped. AC available for summer temps, good heating in colder temps. Car dependent. Bring all your own groceries. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee making machines, and electric kettle make for great meal preparation. Ice in the freezer. Love it here! »

« Great place to stay! Nicely updated. We love skiing at Holiday Valley and this condo was very conveniently located. More private and spacious than staying close to the lodge, but can still ski in/out. And if you don’t feel comfortable skiing to/from the condo there is a nice shuttle service to take you to and from the main lodge. We would love to stay here again! »

« Spent a summer weekend enjoying all Ellicottville has to offer. House location as perfect - easy .5 mile walk into town to enjoy drinks and food and more drinks! Great options to choose from! Rock city state park had some great places to hike. House was perfect for three couples. Really enjoyed the fire pit and big dining room table to play cards and games. Back yard is very private and plenty of parking. Highly recommend. No ocean view though might want to adjust the listing »
