« I booked the house for the Marji Gesick mountain bike race. I had five friends travel with me as a support crew. The house was excellent for our needs. Plenty of beds and 1.5 bathrooms. A well stocked and large kitchen and plenty of living space. Outdoors was a nice grill, screened in house on the lake and a canoe. I caught a pike right off the dock Friday! « Great place! So warm and cozy...and those views! Like the other reviews said the upstairs is hard to manuever but it was worth it to wake up to that view. It adds to the charm. Lovely property and location. Clean and welcoming. We didn't need contact with the hosts during the stay but they were great to deal with while booking. Will definitely go back! »

« Property was as advertised. Close to trails. Thermostat automatically turns down to 63 at night, it was pretty cold and drafty so pack some heavy blankets. Overall very happy. »

« Pros: Close to everything I had planned on visiting, on Lake Superior, home was stocked with necessities, beds were comfortable. Cons: Home was older than expected, right on busy road and not used to the traffic sounds.All in all location served the purpose and very grateful to have a place to relax after busy day being a tourist. »

« The host left an amazing binder with all the information we could possibly need about the surrounding waterfalls and hikes. It also included information about whether it was a pet friendly trail or not. The cabin had everything we would need to cook and sit down to a meal. It was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and safe. »

« Loved the rustic cottage and peaceful river just out front. Cottage quite clean but I was surprised to find that someone had put some plates away dirty so I washed all the dishes we used before using. Otherwise a very enjoyable place to be. »
