« The property felt very pet friendly. The hot tub was not working, but the host notified us ahead of time. The stove also was not working, but the host sent a repairman out the next day who took care of the problem. The fire pit was beautiful, the deck was comfortable, and the kayaks were wonderful to have. The Kitchen has basic cookware, nothing fancy, but adequate. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is located close to grocery store. »

« Absolutely amazing rental for large groups with kids! We had 4 couples and a handful of small children and there was not one common room that felt cramped when we all wanted to hang together. The living room had plenty of seating and open space, the dining area could accommodate all of us. The screened porch was big enough for all of us, and the bonus room downstairs as well. Loved how open everything was and organized. »

« This was a cute, quiet, perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We had never stayed in a Tiny Home, but it was just the right size for us. Compared to the other locations on the property, we felt this unit was in the best spot. Right in front of the kayaks and pickleball courts and only a 30 second walk to the pool. It has a lovely porch where we sat and watched an evening summer rain storm. Overall, the place was pretty clean, but we had to remove a few stars...

« What a fabulous property! We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, s’mores at the fire pit, law games … truly a resort in itself. (PS 0.7 miles to the Publix - so all the advantages of a remote locations and easy access to anything we needed.) »

« The house was great for our family Thanksgiving of 9. The family/kitchen area was big and open. The view of the lake is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine. It is in a quiet area with no through traffic. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. The host went above and beyond on taking good care of us. « Be very careful when renting this property. They make you sign a lot of paperwork and send you confirmation that everything is approved and ready. Then, less than a day before your stay, they cancel your reservation without giving you any reason. By that point, you already have everything planned and prepared, and you end up losing everything. It honestly seems like a scam. »
