« This is very close to Denver Airport - saying you can walk is a stretch but you could definitely ride a bike. Obviously a rental car or uber is very easy. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We used them all. Owners were easy to deal with. It is a basement apartment so you have to go down a flight of stairs to get in. Short ride to get different types of food. Depending upon traffic it is 30-45 min to downtown Denver. »

« Parking was good, WiFi good, most was clean,mold in grout in showers. Hot water to tub faucet difficult to get, not in normal hot water location of control. Floors are vey noisy and uneven. Floor vent outside large bedroon broken. Faint wiff of cigarette smoke in larger bedroom.No remote to bedroom TV, when used other remote, went on but never connected. (Tried x1) »

« Beautiful town house in Commerce City. Robin was an excellent host with prompt communication & good hospitality. She had to spend extra time cleaning from the prior guest which caused a check in time later than expected, so she gave me a gift card for the inconvenience & offered a late checkout. There were a few small repairs needed from the prior guest's but overall the stay was perfect. Comfortable, clean & close to all Denver attractions. « The property itself is just as listed. It is a very basic place to stay while in Denver. The kitchen had basic but usable amenities. Although I did have to wash some pans prior to using. The rooms were clean-ish. We found empty plastic bottles under the master bed, and there were dirty sheets left on the pull-out couch mattress. Thankfully there was an extra set of clean sheets to use. We did had to contact the host for blankets to use for the couch pull out, which she was able to deliver before...
