« The staff are awesome! Everyone I had interacted with was very polite and helpful. The room itself was, different. Windows next to the door allowed easy view into room,no curtains or blinds. I had to use a box to cover them. Several homeless people were on the property and I had one outside my door the 1st evening. I wasn't overly concerned for my well being, I would not recommend to single women or families. »

« I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work. « Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be...

« This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again. »
