The only small improvement is related to the staff behavior. In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »
« Noe slitte rom, men helt ok. Kjempekjekk betjening, god frokost inkludert og restaurant til Ä kunne kjÞpe middag. Godt Ä ha basseng til Ä kunne slappe av med pÄ dager en ikke hadde utflukt. »
« I had a nice stay at the hotel. Breakfast could be served at an earlier time however. They mention it starts from 7, but is only being served from 8 onwards. Overall, it's a nice hotel at a good location. »
« We arrived to check in and the room wasn't available. Still trying to get our refund. They have refused to refund us until they receive their money from Expedia, despite us not being able to stay there. »
« The breakfast buffet/menu service is very good, and British influenced. Bring your own black pepper though.
Again, very British and European style accomodations. No air conditioning but easy to acclimate to.
Overall, an outstanding property that allowed me to focus on my vist. »
