Très bon accueil, excellente propreté, une situation géographique idéale,calme, café et biscuits à volonté. Attention, il n'y a pas de panneau, l'entrée par le restaurant "Latteria San Fedele".

4 chambres en plein centre de Côme : propres, modernes et spacieuses. Petites attentions de la part des hôtes, café / biscuits à volontés au niveau de la réception. Idéal pour un voyage à deux, pas loin du lac.

Nuit à Côme
Nuit passée en couple. Réception rapide à l'étage Bon niveau d’équipement dont la climatisation, un lit confortable et une grande salle de bains. L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant et est placé idéalement en centre ville. Attention : pas de parking sur place, le plus proche est à 15 mn. Points à améliorer : absence de télécommande pour la TV, formule all inclusive mais petit déjeuner sommaire, dommage de ne pas capitaliser sur le restaurant !

Thank you for your review! We have a deal with a cover parking just 5 min walking from Rumi Rooms, so not so far. unfortunately it’s forbidden to come inside the walls with the car in Como (for every B&B in Como) It’s not all inclusive, we don’t have breakfast included but for our guest we have a coffee pour at the reception with coffee, cookies etc. Thank you!

Chambre très agréable à Come
Très bon accueil, Chambre très confortable et très propre Wifi fonctionne bien Grande salle de bain avec une grande douche On peut chauffer de l'eau pour un thé ou infusion à disposition On peut aussi se faire du café, biscuits offerts Chambre très bien placée, quartier commerçant , près de la catédrale Centre de Come réservé aux piétons et vélos donc il faut laisser la voiture ds un parking , faire attention à ce point

L’endroit idéal pour séjourner à Côme
La chambre est parfaitement située dans l’hypercentre de Côme. A moins de 2’ du Lac ou de la gare (pour aller à Milan), ce fut un week-end sans voiture. La chambre est au top au niveau de l’équipement et de la décoration. Le service est exceptionnel grace à Cristian qui est au petit soin pour ces clients. On a eu droit à pleins de petits cadeaux notamment une belle bouteille et un gâteau pour fêter la nouvelle année. Merci à lui

Unsere Zimmer/Bad wurden nicht gemacht und als ich nachfragte ob das normal ist, meinte die Person, Sie wisse zuwenig Bescheid und ich sollte mich doch später wieder melden.

Buongiorno, come potrà verificare dalla sua prenotazione le pulizie vengono effettuate su richiesta e a pagamento anche se è nostra premura gratuitamente e quotidianamente effettuare un check di riordino e approvvigionamento di spugne da bagno , sapone , carta e rifacimento letto, il tutto avviene durante la mattina e se la camera è libera.

Wonderful stay at this guesthouse - rooms were clean, comfortable and bright, with some thoughtful design touches. The exterior is really pretty, with the property being a bit hidden away on a corner shared with other restaurants. The location was great, everywhere is walkable. The staff are kind and friendly and the restaurant downstairs opens for lunch and dinner - I didn’t eat there but friends who did were happy! There’s nowhere on-site to sit for breakfast but there are a few nearby cafes and a brunch place (Babi) if you want some eggs! The free flowing complimentary water was much appreciated in the heatwave we had. I left feeling like the team behind Rumi Rooms really care about the property and experience of the guests. I was very happy, thank you! PS. If you are an early sleeper you might notice the street chatter from the restaurant, but it dies down quickly after around midnight.

I was looking to stay at boutique type of hotel with a good access to the City and Rumi Rooms was exactly what I was looking for. The room was very clean and view of our window was amazing. They have a very nice restaurant at the ground floor with an excellent food. The hotel is located at the City with 20 min walk to the train station.

20 Stars…stay here!!
The coolest place we have ever stayed! Room is new, exciting and spacious! Biggest shower in Italy. In a beautiful and completely walkable area of the city. We spent two days walking all the stores and didn’t see but 1/8 of all the total stores. Is above a great restaurant with amazing food and drinks and 30 other walkable restaurants. Hosts are super nice people! And you should spend your hard earned money with people who like them truly appreciate your business. This stay was the highlight of our trip at over 10 hotels and homes across Italy! Well done Rumi Rooms, well done indeed!

We LOVED everything! The owners immediately make you feel like family. They have outstanding attention to detail. Room was adorable! The bed was the most comfortable we slept in throughout Europe. There was a nice private terrace attached to our room which was lovely for before dinner wine. There is a fabulous wine shop on the premises. The location is perfect - walkable to train, ferry line, bus station and many delightful restaurants. Everything is amazing. The service, cleanliness, charm, spectacular shower!!! Any guest will be very happy here!!!😊

Rumi Rooms is a small hotel located in a old town area just steps from a small plaza and 1block from a large plaza. Both offer out door dining at reasonable prices. It is only a couple blocks from the Como ferries dock. We would stay there on our next Como trip.

Great location! Less than 5 minutes from the ferry dock, and 2 from the plaza. The room and bathroom were gigantic (especially for Italy). The restaurant below was super good and even though you’re on top of the restaurant it’s still quiet.

BEWARE - hotel accepts same-day bookings until 11pm, but you cannot enter the hotel or check in after they close their doors at 8pm. We were stuck without a place to stay, forced to book another hotel the same night, and Rumi Rooms refused to provide a refund. Terrible experience.
