« It was wonderful! The coffee was excellent, with lovely public spaces to sit and enjoy it. Just 2 notes, for such a nice hotel (Tapestry Collection), we think you should offer premium toilet paper and larger tissue boxes more in keeping with the quality of the hotel. Also, I would offer a selection of pillows, some firm, some feathers, and include a light blanket for every bed. The duvets are very heavy. »

« The king size bed was on the floor. Looked like a king size futon. No bed frame. Roll in shower! We are not disabled! Room very dark. Will never stay again. »

« Love having a suite with separate bedroom and living/kitchen area! Needs a remodeling (stained hallway carpets) and especially a plumbing update (leaking shower in swimming pool area, that caused the wall to be soaked; the bedroom shower faucet has a tiny leak). Breakfast is average but adequate. Very clean bedroom and facilities and the swimming pool is very clean! Management is very responsive when we asked for replacement of microwave and housekeeping requests. I will stay again as the price...

« Comfy, clean and convenient! Really all I needed for my few nights in Champaign-Urbana, but the hot breakfast, KickBack, fresh popcorn and free fountain soda made my stay even better! Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Even caught some sun by the refreshing pool one afternoon. Bed was super comfortable (love the pillows!) and the shower was spotless with great water pressure. Nice touch with the body wash and shampoo dispensers, as I forgot to pack mine. Highly...
