« This was an ideal place to stay in Amsterdam. It was super fun to stay on a houseboat, and this is a particularly nice houseboat. It has an ideal location, right at the edge of the city center--easy walking to everything but on a nice, quiet canal surrounded by beautiful buildings that seemed apart from the intensity of the most tourists districts, even though they were just a few minutes walk away. « Notre hôte a été très agraeble et sympatique mais aussi pedagogue sur le fonctionnement du bateau. Il a egalement été très réactif quand nous avons eu une coupure Wifi. L'emplacement est parfait et malgré la position centrale très très calme. Le bateau est confortableet bien aménagé. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour »

« Beautiful houseboat in the charming village of Monnickedam. Clean and confortable for a family of 4 - it has everything we needed. Roof deck not pictured to enjoy the sunsets, and a outside table in the front. Close to town, it's an easy walk to restaurants and maybe 20 mins to the grocery store. Easy communication with the host. One small detail, the location in the marina is different than the picture, the houseboat has close neighbourghs but it wasn't a problem. We had a great time! »

« Im Allgemeinen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr gut und nett betreut, das Boot ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küchenzeile hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Eine Fahrt mit der dazugehörigen Schaluppe durch den Hafen war sehr nett. Einzig die „trockene Toilette“ war für uns leider ein No-Go. « Petite escapade agreable à refaire. Depuis la gare centrale prendre le bus station supérieure no 316 ou 314 en direction de edam et descendre a l'arrêt Lagedijk. Et revenir en arrière direction de la marina. Vous pouvez aller souper les tappas à Los del puerto. Le patron est super! »

« The stay was more rustic than anticipated. Plumbing is something to get used to and we weren’t prepared for that, the wifi did not work. No towels available. The cost was too high for the amenities provided. »

Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, geben Tipps für Amsterdam und Umgebung und lassen einen teilhaben am Leben auf dem Wasser. « If your looking for the quintessential Amsterdam experience this is it! The house boat is close to everything while still being is a quiet residential neighborhood. Robertino is as gracious a host as you could ask for and will do what ever he can to make your stay in Amsterdam wonderful. We cannot recommend this houseboat highly enough. We loved our stay and now feel we have friends here. »
