« Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

« Check-in was a breeze. The house and property could use a deep cleaning practically in the vents. Worked well for our family of five where we could attend baseball tournament in the area and I could still work remotely. Loved all the deer coming to visit us. »

« This place is clean and very cute! And in a pretty nice area. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. However, due to a few issues (out of the owners control) we did leave a day early. The renters upstairs were very loud and the floors are very thin so keep that in mind if you stay here and someone else is upstairs. The other issue was the Internet went out the 2nd day we were there and never came back on which means no TV as well! Other than these few problems the stay was great. »
